What qualifies for Free Shipping?
Every item in our store can be shipped FREE via FedEx Ground within the United States (except AK and HI) except BOTTLED WATER (Essence bottled water for example).
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, no. Due to manufacturer restrictions, we currently do not ship internationally.
Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Sorry, no. We currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska due to the high shipping costs.
How do you ship your items?
We ship all of our large items with FedEx Ground. Our smaller items such as Spigots and Caps are sent with USPS.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from FedEx with your tracking information.
How fast do you ship?
We try to send your order the day after we receive it. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be sent on Monday, or Tuesday at the latest. Usually you will receive your item within 7 days of placing the order.
What happens if an item breaks during shipping?
If an item arrives broken at your door, please contact us. immediately and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
What dimensions are the water crocks you sell?
The Crocks are 10.5” x 11”
What type of plastic is used for your bottles?
Our bottles are made from polycarbonate #7. It is perfectly safe for the use of drinking water. You should avoid heating up the bottles, or leaving them exposed to sunlight over an extended period of time. More information can be found here: www.bisphenol-a.org/human/polyplastics.html
Where are your crocks manufactured?
Our crocks are manufactured in China, and the crocks with a design on the front are fired again in the USA. They are made from the same high quality ceramic as your mother’s “China.”
Do your crocks come with a lid?
No. You can order the lids separately in the Accessories section.
How heavy are your glass bottles?
The 3 gallon glass bottle weighs 10lbs. The 5 gallon glass bottle weighs 12lbs.
Will the dolphin pump work with screw top and crown top bottles?
Yes, the pump will work with both types of top.
My spigot is leaking, do I need a new one?
99% of the time, no. Just tighten the plateau to which the lever is attached clockwise. That will tighten the spigot on the inside and stop the leak. If you are still having problems please contact us.
Are your crocks lead-free?
Yes. All of our ceramic items are inspected by the FDA before we sell them. It is illegal in the USA to sell any items containing lead.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee every product we sell against any defect in materials or workmanship. If there is a problem, contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of receipt of order and we will either replace it or issue a full refund.
If you would like to return an item, you must contact us. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please do not return an item without a RAN or you will not receive a refund. Refused shipments will not receive ANY REFUND. We will pay for the return shipping if there is a mistake in the order, or if the item is broken/does not work properly. You will be responsible for ALL shipping (Including the initial cost to ship the item to you) plus an additional 25% restocking fee if you want to return the product because you do not want/like it.
